Senior Full-Stack (Java/React)

About The Opportunity

We are looking for both a

Frontend React Developer and a

Backend Java Developer to join a fast-paced, high-impact engineering team.

• Frontend React: You will build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces, delivering seamless user experiences.
• Backend Java: You will design and develop robust, scalable, and secure API architectures that power mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

Frontend (React)

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to improve UX/UI
• Ensure code quality through testing and best practices

Backend (Java)

• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop secure and high-performance backend systems
• Work with cloud-based architectures and distributed systems
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with:Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of performance optimization and monitoring tools
