Senior Fullstack Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a

• *Senior Fullstack Engineer.

This is a high-impact position that requires strong technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can guide the team technically, mentor developers, and drive engineering excellence across the stack.

• *Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering high standards of execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including the Scrum Master and product stakeholders, to ensure efficient delivery.
• Contribute as a hands-on Fullstack developer across frontend and backend systems.
• Make architectural and design decisions across the stack (Angular.js, Java, Spring Boot, databases).
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability in all development efforts.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• *Required Qualifications
• Strong fullstack development experience with: Angular.js Typescript Java Spring Boot MongoDB Azure SQL Kubernetes
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role guiding mid-/senior-level engineers.
• Strong mentoring abilities and experience influencing engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive decisions under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience leading distributed or hybrid teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures or DevOps workflows.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced domains.
