Senior Node.js Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join a fast-growing engineering team working on regulated financial platforms across LATAM.

This is an urgent, high-impact hire. You’ll be joining at a critical stage, helping to deliver key product milestones and scale secure, high-availability systems in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and scaling backend services using Node.js
• Deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes
• Working with MongoDB in production environments
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
• Identifying technical risks and proactively solving them
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of backend development experience
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js (essential)
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience with Azure or AWS (nice to have)
• Comfortable working in regulated or high-availability environments
