💻 What You'll Do:

• 🛠️ Build & Scale: Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, product managers, and QA) to rapidly build, test, and deploy new features while maintaining a robust codebase.
• 🚀 End-to-End Ownership: Launch new projects from ideation to completion and actively support your team’s deployed software.
• 🧭 Drive Technical Direction: Guide development goals, resolve production issues, and lead research to troubleshoot system bugs.
• 🔄 Modernize & Maintain: Participate in maintaining legacy applications and driving their migration to modern tech stacks in the mid-term.

📋 What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong CS fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns).
• System Design & Leadership:
• Proven competency in system design and experience guiding junior/mid-level engineers on best practices and design adherence.
• Ability to articulate and validate functional/non-functional requirements.
• Experience building OpenAPI and AsyncAPI contracts.
• Skill in creating system design diagrams and securing design approvals from engineering leaders.
• Backend Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Java (with Spring Boot or cloud-native frameworks).
• Frontend Knowledge: Experience with React / TypeScript and micro-frontend architectures.
• Cloud & DevOps: Expertise in AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3) and container orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Data & Architecture: Comprehensive grasp of PostgreSQL, Redis, load balancing, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event-driven messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
• Reliability: Experience with observability, tracing, and cloud-native patterns.
