SR FullStack Developer - [C# / NodeJS + React

Experience and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years' experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side languages (C# and Node.js are required).
• 8+ years’ experience with modern front-end frameworks (React is required).
• 4+ years' experience in AWS RDS services (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• 4+ years' experience with AWS and Cloud deployment.
• 2+ years' experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI and AWS CDK).
• Familiarity with version control systems and their platforms (Git and GitHub are required).
• Good understanding of designing RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of micro-service and event-driven architectures.
• Best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

-> English Proficiency: Comfortable communicating in English for daily collaboration and project discussions (the primary working language).Must Have: • Strong algorithm design, logical and reasoning skills.

• Ability to deliver POCs, MVPs, Experiments, technology evaluations following design-thinking practices.
• Ability to orchestrate efforts needed to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas.
• Excellent communication, and work in a team environment to collaborate with other Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Infrastructure teams.
• Problem solving skills.Nice to Have:

• Product Mindset: Ability to challenge solutions, discuss impact, and contribute strategic ideas rather than just executing tasks
• Autonomy & Technical Ownership: Capable of working independently, with a solid foundation in software architecture design
• Quality First: Strong focus on code quality and testing. Since there is no dedicated QA on the team, quality is owned end-to-end by the engineers
