About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our team and take ownership of complex tasks with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who is self-reliant, proactive, and capable of driving development work end-to-end without constant follow-ups. You should be able to quickly ramp up and contribute meaningfully within a couple of weeks.
Responsibilities
- Independently design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.
- Apply strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale databases to solve complex problems.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively handle blockers with minimal hand-holding.
- Continuously improve code quality and development practices through innovation and technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Java 8 or higher
- Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch)
- RESTful APIs, JSON, and design patterns
- Oracle, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Tomcat
- Strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to self-manage and work independently

- MongoDB, Hibernate, AspectJ, JPA, PostgreSQL
