About the Opportunity

AYAN is supporting Turing , one of the world's leading AI companies, in identifying experienced Senior Software Engineers to contribute to an international project focused on improving next-generation AI coding systems.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives by helping design, evaluate, and improve production-grade software engineering tasks used to benchmark frontier AI models.

What You'll Do

• Design and build realistic software engineering scenarios using production-like repositories.
• Create and validate coding tasks involving bug fixes, feature development, CI/CD improvements, integrations, and runtime debugging.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and automated test suites.
• Review software quality, security, and engineering best practices.
• Analyze outputs generated by advanced AI coding models.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve AI evaluation benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills (mandatory).
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Java
• Go
• C++
• Proven experience building and maintaining production software.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, performance optimization, and secure software development.
• Experience working in product companies or technology startups.
• LinkedIn profile and GitHub profile are mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Security reviews and code quality.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, or developer tooling.

Engagement Details

• Contractor assignment
• Remote
• Project duration: 4–8 weeks
• Full-time commitment (8 hours/day)
• Minimum 6-hour overlap with PST
• Expected start: September 2026

Compensation

• LATAM: US$60/hour
