Position: Systems Analyst – Application Support (Agribusiness)

Professional Profile: Experienced professional in system support, business analysis, problem-solving, and user assistance. Results-oriented, with a client- and business-focused approach. Main Responsibilities

Provide support for applications related to agribusiness and tax document messaging (SEFAZ).

Analyze and identify bugs, operational failures, and incident root causes.

Log and report bugs, as well as suggest process and system improvements.

Develop queries and reports in PL/SQL (low and medium complexity).

Collaborate with internal IT teams for joint problem resolution.

Manage service priorities according to urgency and impact.

Work aligned with project methodologies and client guidelines.
