Position: Systems Analyst – Application Support (Agribusiness)
Professional Profile: Experienced professional in system support, business analysis, problem-solving, and user assistance. Results-oriented, with a client- and business-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support for applications related to agribusiness and tax document messaging (SEFAZ).
- Analyze and identify bugs, operational failures, and incident root causes.
- Log and report bugs, as well as suggest process and system improvements.
- Develop queries and reports in PL/SQL (low and medium complexity).
- Collaborate with internal IT teams for joint problem resolution.
- Manage service priorities according to urgency and impact.
- Work aligned with project methodologies and client guidelines.
