We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional data initiatives. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will oversee the delivery of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data engineering and analytics projects.
- Align stakeholders: Connect data engineering, data science, product, and business teams.
- Manage roadmaps: Define program scope, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies.
- Mitigate risks: Identify technical bottlenecks and unblock engineering teams proactively.
- Define metrics: Establish KPIs to measure data platform reliability, quality, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a TPM, Product Manager, or Scrum Master in technical environments.
- Data expertise: Proven track record delivering data warehouse, data lake, or ETL/ELT projects.
- Tech stack familiarity: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data tools (Snowflake, Spark, Airflow).
- Agile proficiency: Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
