I am a financial professional with more than 22 years of experience acquired from multinational consumer goods companies. As a finance leader I was responsible for all financial matters such as planning (3YPlan), forecasting and analysis supporting the whole business in terms of challenging the senior management team and influencing the company strategic direction driven business throughout KPI.

As a finance leader I had managed and developed a team of 9 resources located in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. The main contribution on this position was to implement financial concepts on the innovation projects harmonizing innovation portfolios launching projects more relevant and profitable to the company.

• Project Harmonization – Innovation portfolio reduction bring a consistent result on: better financial investments of CAPEX with better payback and TIR; portfolio reduction around 50% of project non-profitable; Total average Revenue duplicate around 2x for LATAM reducing complexity on the entire Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, inventory, manufacturing and DC)
• Influence business decision on the top management throughout KPI supporting company with revenue incrementability, gross margin increase, efficiencies in cogs, price positioning, portfolio reduction);
