Product Manager with MBA in Tech and Innovation in Financial Services, helping companies build and evolve their digital products. I use my 13+ years of expertise in tech and 7+ in finance to bridge the gap within internal teams of developers and business specialists, to better understand the customers’ problems and deliver the right increments and features.
My mission is to lead product teams, removing any impediments, helping them staying on track and adapting to changes, guaranteeing they focus on what really matters. For the c-level, I focus on maximizing ROI, creating awareness to what value really means for the customer, reporting our evolution using KPIs and keeping the delivery of new increments the most predictable as we can, based on release plans and roadmap.

● Tagging features, exporting collected data from Google Analytics to Power BI and creating knowledge to support future decision-making

● Mapping client’s life cycle and discovering opportunities
● Defining OKRs based on the product’s goals, set in agreement with the product team and the board of directors’ committee
● Specialist in Private Pension, Investments and Innovation
● Acted as business specialist & tech lead for various internal products
I’m currently working for Icatu Seguros, the biggest insurance company on Brazil, not associated with banks, as Product Owner of the client’s area website, similar to an internet banking where clients can invest and manage their products like, pension fund, capitalization and life insurance.
I act as a link between the IT, Products and Marketing departments as a Tech and business lead. I prioritize the business and tech backlogs seeking balance between clients’ needs and c-level requests.
In business we’re focusing on new features that allow more conversion much, like an e-commerce. Besides that, we have a green flag from management to discover, test and implement new features as we see fit.
Now, in tech we’re currently engaged on a migration to new technologies such as Angular 14 and .NET 6.
My intention here is to seek professional expertise, a change of scenery, better salary and the opportunity to engage with global talents and audiences.
