AI Developer at Logauto Transportadora (Oct 2025 - Present)

Context Engineering. Designed, validated, and optimized structures such as user & system prompts, Tool usage, RAG, and MCPs to ensure token reduction and accurate, consistent responses aligned with business rules.

AI Agents for Customer Service. Built AI agents to operate in the company's SDR and sales negotiation areas, with the goal of qualifying leads and resolving common questions without human intervention. The implementation used the OpenAI API — leveraging native RAG and long-term memory — orchestration in n8n, persistence in a SQL database, and integration with customer service channels and the quotation system through Webhooks and Tool Calls.

As a result, the number of leads handled and qualified increased, customer response time decreased, and operational costs for the support team dropped, freeing the team to focus on more complex cases.

Integration with Corporate Systems. Connected the CRM to multiple internal systems via REST APIs and Webhooks, eliminating manual work and centralizing information into a single flow.

Internal Process Automation. Analyzed processes and gathered feedback to design n8n workflows and custom integrations, scaling the operation.
