- Designed and shipped, as the only developer, a 9 module internal ERP used by 100 employees across 8 departments, replacing 15 spreadsheets and manual email workflows (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker)
- Reduced material request cycle time from 3 days to under 24 hours by building an external request portal integrated with an internal approval back office with live stock validation
- Cut the multi department hiring flow from 7 days to 3 days by consolidating 5 sequential approvals across HR, Operations, Legal, Purchasing and Health and Safety into a single tracked workflow
- Implemented role based access control and audit logging across 8 departments, delivering the operation traceability required for public contract audits
- Built 6 real time dashboards for spend per contract, item turnover and stock movement, replacing a monthly Power BI report refreshed by hand
- Developed an internal ticketing system integrated with the WhatsApp API, moving 100 percent of IT requests from untracked chat messages to tickets with history and SLA
- Automated meeting management, action plans, fleet booking and per site asset inventory through Google Calendar and Google Cloud integrations
- Removed an estimated 120 hours of manual work per month and avoided an estimated R$250,000 per year in commercial ERP licensing
