I'm a remote customer service agent working at an US-based company

I have worked as a customer service rep for around 9 months now and previously worked as an ESL teacher.

I graduated HS in 2021 and enrolled in BYU-Pathway in April 2022 hoping to further my education and get an international degree through Byu-Idaho.
