Working in IT industry for over 15 years, I’ve worked for the biggest companies as IBM (9 years), HP (1 year), Dell (6 years) and now BMC Software.
At BMC as a certified Technical Support Analyst (TSA), I provide technical support for BMC products and related software products, being the primary interface between BMC and our customers, interacting with Customer Engineering teams to ensure all problems are resolved with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through quick and thorough remediation of customer issues.
