Gabriely Carmo

Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá and currently working as a strategic consultant (business analyst) at Bain & Company, a renowned management consulting firm.

My main focus is on enhancing my knowledge in strategic planning, business expansion (including M&A - mergers and acquisitions). I also seek to deepen my skills in financial analysis and financial modeling.

Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. I have participated in projects with different capabilities across various industries: strategic review, business development, and market expansion assessment for a Beauty/Personal Care company; product mix analysis and market penetration for a healthcare company; optimization of contact center performance for financial products (credit cards and payment accounts) for a retail company; PMO in the development of technologies involving Generative AI; development of digital expertise strategies, such as agile, enterprise technology, and advanced analytics; and pricing and price variability analysis project for a large chemical company.

Before joining Bain & Company, Gabriely worked as a Future Operations Intern at BTG Pactual, where she managed derivatives operations (BMF) in the brokerage’s back office.
