I have a diverse educational and professional background that showcases my expertise in finance management, investment analysis, and strategic planning. I completed my Post-Graduation Certificate in Finance Management from INSPER and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP).
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience and taken on increasing responsibilities in the field of finance and investments. As an Investment Associate at 39A Ventures, I successfully managed a strategic transformation and capital structure adjustment for a bank, resulting in significant revenue growth and increased net profit. I actively participated in roadshows, fundraised BRL 60 million for a fintech company, and evaluated prospective investment opportunities, considering factors such as valuation, market, competitors, and execution.
I also led the due diligence and deal closing processes and played a key role in industry analysis and thesis definition. In addition, I had the opportunity to coordinate a team of analysts and interns, contributing to their professional development.
During my time as an Investment Associate at Kortex Ventures, I led the first four investments made by a BRL 240 million Venture Capital Fund focused on the health sector. I was responsible for reviewing and evaluating investment opportunities, managing the due diligence process, and coordinating the preparation of investment memorandum and presentations for the Investment Committee. I also played a vital role in industry analysis, thesis definition, managing purchase agreements, and monitoring portfolio companies.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to supervise and guide analysts and interns, fostering their growth within the organization.
At Naia Capital, I served as a Senior Investment Analyst, leading the execution of several M&A deals totaling BRL 420 million. I was responsible for preparing marketing and valuation materials, coordinating due diligence efforts, and organizing roadshows with potential buyers. I also had the privilege of mentoring junior analysts and interns, supporting their development and growth.
Prior to that, as an Investment Analyst at Naia Capital and a Strategic Planning Analyst at Ontex Group, I developed strong financial analysis, forecasting, and project valuation skills. My responsibilities included preparing marketing materials, conducting economic and financial analysis, and monitoring portfolio companies.
