Manager, managed two major manufacturing programs, coordinating multicultural teams across the US, Canada, Mexico and India, covering engineering, project management, procurement and manufacturing. As VinFast Platform Manager, led a 30+ member international team across the US, Mexico, Brazil and Italy, supporting the simultaneous engineering development and strategy of VinFast's North Carolina manufacturing facility. Acted as primary executive interface for VinFast, aligning customer expectations, engineering decisions and investment strategy with project execution across North America and Vietnam.

Responsible for COMAU's largest electrification program, with full accountability from project kickoff through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and final customer acceptance, including the production of more than 50 battery packs in COMAU Dearborn-MI facility. Managed a complex, high-value program within the electrification portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure successful execution and delivery of all program milestones.

• Delivered COMAU's flagship GM electrification program, recognised by customer as a reference project for future EV battery initiatives

Tesla Key Account Manager and Rivian Program Manager - Comau LLC - USA

Responsible for securing and executing the Body Shop program for Tesla Model Y at Gigafactory Texas (Austin), leading a global delivery model with engineering and manufacturing executed by COMAU China and installation and commissioning managed on-site by COMAU USA. Acted as key commercial and technical interface for Tesla, supporting the development of new strategic opportunities including Model Y Legacy, Cybertruck and Drive Unit programs. For Rivian, led the successful closure of Module Line 2 and the installation and ramp-up of Module Line 3, ensuring end-to-end execution from commercial engagement through delivery and customer acceptance.

Jeep Project and Platform Manager - Comau do Brasil - Brazil

Initially acted as Project Manager (Brazil-side) and key member of the leadership team for COMAU's largest global program at the time, contributing to the launch of three vehicle models. The program involved a multicultural team of more than 350 professionals across 13 nationalities, with full responsibility shared across global execution streams including engineering, manufacturing, installation, and ramp-up. Subsequently appointed Head of the Pernambuco office, leading a direct organization of 34 employees and expanding responsibilities to include ongoing platform management and new program development.

Delivered two additional vehicle programs and 12 industrial improvement projects across body-in-white, final assembly and supplier park operations for the Jeep Pernambuco plant. Several of those projects with collaboration and support from Comau Europe.

Contributed to major body-in-white and final assembly projects for Fiat, including Dorsal 1, 2 and 3 lines and capacity increase for bodyside lines. Also supported capacity increase programs and new model introduction for General Motors.

Selected for an international engineering development program in Italy, focused on the adoption of new global engineering standards, including methodologies later implemented in the Jeep Pernambuco project.
