I started my engineering career in the industrial maintenance sector, with previous sales experience. Today my technical interest is focused on learning more about technology in the area of data intelligence and cybersecurity.

• Cost and Stock control for Maintenance utilizing MM SAP. Developing baseline for maintenance control year budget, managing stakeholders for approval.
• I led the implementation of predictive maintenance following MARS MSE with Thermography, Vibration Analysis and Oil Analysis..
• Chronic failure of a retort fan(SCHOLZ) solved with ISHIKAWA and FEA(Using NASTRAN, SolidWORKS and Python), with impact in maintenance and production cost. 
• I developed Predictive, Lubrication, Facilities and Utilities Control Procedures(A Risk Based Change Management Process) with SIPOC, 5W2H and RACI with the help of each owner and the Maintenance Manager.
• Trained and followed growth of the operational team in lubrication and technical team in failure mode analysis utilizing a skill matrix.
• Developing Predictive Maintenance MSE Process and Assessments for global implementation with global predictive team leaders of MARS.
• Delivering Lubrication Improvement Projects with FMEA.
• IOT Pilot - Ongoing Development of automated unsupervised anomaly detection with Python using DBScan on motor current data of an emulsifier machine with Python in PowerBI.
• Using DMAIC to reduce the impact of maintenance in sterilizing retorts(SCHoLZ) delivering capability and reducing recurrent breakdowns with the objective of reducing product disposal for quality reasons with technical root. 
• SPOC of a project for Integrated Facilities Management - Following up with each stakeholder, developing SLAs with a focus on quality assurance utilizing FMEA, performing Due Diligence, defining a Baseline, developing the solution and delivering implementation with 8% savings through 3 years. 

I stuided Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná. Focusing on preditive technologies, utilizing vibration analysis and python and materials science studying the sythesis of hexaferrite.
