I am a multilingual professional with a background in Service Design and a passion for creating meaningful experiences for people. Throughout my career, I have worked across design, customer experience, marketing, project coordination, and process improvement, developing strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
My academic journey included an exchange program in France, where I studied Design Management, strengthening not only my professional perspective but also my ability to work in multicultural environments. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and French, I enjoy connecting with people from different cultures and helping them find effective solutions.
