In my previous roles, I've gained valuable experience in software testing and technical support, which I believe makes me a strong fit for this position. Here's a brief overview of my key responsibilities in each role:
As a Junior Tester at Capys, I conducted test planning and manual system testing. I worked extensively on a CRM real estate system, various applications, and client requests. Additionally, I contributed to automated testing using Xunit, ensuring the robustness of the software.
During my time as a Technical Support Assistant at Capys, I honed my customer service skills by assisting with ticket testing, managing customer feedback, providing phone support, and handling email communications. This role allowed me to effectively communicate with users and resolve their technical issues.
As a Junior Test Analyst on Maxtrack, I took on a more proactive role in shaping the testing process within the company. I developed the company's test process and implemented client-specific test requests. My responsibilities included conducting both manual and automated tests using Robot Framework, as well as documenting tests and creating comprehensive test plans using GitHub.

I was also involved in generating documents via Swagger and managing database tasks.
In my most recent role at B3, I worked on a web project focused on credit card receivables. I created and executed test cases using Jira and the Xray Test extension, ensuring the trustworthiness and quality of the project.
During my earlier internships at Construsite Brasil, I gained experience in Technical Support (07/2020 - 08/2020), where I provided customer service, managed remote access, installed SSL certificates, and handled ticket feedback using Linux systems. Additionally, as a Trainee Tester (09/2018 - 07/2020), I created test cases and conducted manual testing on websites, automated web stores, and various systems.
My diverse experience in testing methodologies, technical skills, and customer service has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set that I'm eager to bring to this role.
