Currently Organizational Development Director at WPP POSSIBLE, my experience begins in 2012, when I recently graduated joined the AG2 Publicis operations team, producing media display campaigns for GM, among others. Right at the end of my first year at the agency, I was able to assist, develop and manage the workflow of the new social media team for clients like Nestlé and Sanofi. From this on, I received my very first projects where I was in charge of Bradesco and Toyota teams.
With a take in the cultural area, I challenged myself in music production and events in Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro, but with the opportunity of joining the ID / TBWA operations team, I moved to São Paulo to work as Project Manager for NET/Claro account, meeting its retail demands.
Following the digital area, as DM9DDB Digital Producer, I had the opportunity to take ideas from scratch and make them real for some of the country's top brands, such as McDonald's, Johnson's & Johnson's, Walmart and Itaú, producing internationally recognized campaigns and accumulating 5 lions in Cannes and other prizes.
After the challenge of being Operations Manager at WPP POSSIBLE, managing the São Paulo office, co-leading the projects team and dealing with inside operations and organization, today, as Organizational Development Director and member of the company's board, my goal is to lead the People & Operations area and give strategic insights that will help POSSIBLE to grow in a healthy way.
