Venture Studio
that launches and scales our own B2C products across international markets.
Our model differs from a traditional startup: instead of building a single product, we create an ecosystem of companies where the best ideas, technologies, and teams can scale significantly faster thanks to shared infrastructure.
Today, we develop subscription-based web products using the Web2Web Subscription model proven by established market players: quiz funnels, paywalls, and subscriptions. We run multiple products and funnels, build each one from scratch, and speed is critical.
We are building a company where technology is not a support function, but the foundation that enables the entire business to scale.
About the Role
This is not just a developer role. We are looking for a technical owner / lead who can take responsibility for the entire technical side of the company, not just their own tasks.
A strong traditional development background combined with modern AI-powered vibe coding means speed without sacrificing quality.
You will design a scalable system that allows us to launch multiple products quickly and help the team solve technical challenges. As you grow into the role, you will gradually take on technical leadership responsibilities, including task allocation, mentoring, and technical guidance.
What You Will Do
- Design and build a shared core infrastructure for payments, subscriptions, analytics, CAPI, quiz engine, A/B testing, and other components so we do not need to rebuild them for every product
- Integrate and improve payment infrastructure, including new providers, payment fields, and payment methods
- Prepare products for scaling through load testing, capacity assessment, and infrastructure migration when needed
- Manage hosting and deployment of new products and integrations with third-party services
- Help the team solve technical issues and quickly handle a wide range of tasks, from urgent bug fixes to infrastructure improvements
- Keep the entire technical ecosystem stable, scalable, and efficient without overengineering

We Are Looking for You If
- You have 2+ years of commercial software development experience, strong backend skills, and know how to build quickly using AI tools
- You have experience working in product companies and startups, not only outsourcing or outstaffing environments
- You can build MVPs and features quickly and with high quality, without pursuing perfection for its own sake
- You think in systems and understand how to build a shared foundation that allows multiple products to launch quickly
- You are comfortable working with incomplete requirements, can define tasks independently, prioritize them, and drive them to completion
- You are proactive and autonomous, taking responsibility for the entire stack rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Web2Web stack, including payments and subscriptions such as Stripe and other PSPs, CAPI, analytics, and quiz funnels
- A pragmatic mindset and an understanding of when not to code something and use a no-code solution instead
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior developers
- Experience working with high-load or rapidly scaling products
