Physical Intelligence - Day 2

This time last year the instruction from my son was less tea and more water.  A year later I have been better and understanding the relationship between body and water, but in the last several weeks perhaps that is a lesson that has begun to recede, as my current tea drinking habit attests.  The account from last year now serves as an additional reminder this year.

This year the course I am on is Agile Methodologies and I have three weeks left on that one, so the other things I was doing this time last year still have the same effects and impacts as they did last year, except this year my evening is devoted to my evening class.  Being on a course about agile has not made me more agile yet, but the best form of agility continues to be physical.  In this regard the value of physical agility will contribute to whole system agility.

What I learned today is the relationship between tea or coffee and what is called pre-workout, and pre-workout means drinking before a hard workout and not light treadmill walking.  The problem is that much of what is available as information is selling some dubious product, so I held more faith today in this video by Morelli Fit - with the proviso of using due diligence.
