Aeolus Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures to support the development of an AI-powered Facilities Maintenance Assistant for a large enterprise environment.

This role involves designing and building an intelligent system capable of analyzing enterprise asset and maintenance data to support operational decision-making and maintenance planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise systems specialists, data teams, and operational stakeholders to design and implement a scalable AI-driven application integrated with existing enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an Agentic AI architecture to support maintenance planning and operational insights
• Develop AI-powered tools that analyze facilities and asset management data to generate actionable recommendations
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines to enable intelligent querying of operational datasets
• Prepare, structure, and optimize enterprise maintenance and facilities data for AI-driven analysis
• Integrate the AI application with enterprise systems through secure APIs and data pipelines
• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support testing, refinement, and documentation of the AI system throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing AI or Generative AI applications in production or enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and RAG architectures
• Experience building AI-driven applications using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools
• Strong experience integrating applications with enterprise systems through APIs
• Solid background in software engineering, system design, and scalable application development
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS systems
• Strong knowledge of data preparation, data pipelines, and structured/unstructured data analysis
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale technology environments
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
