Title: Application Developer – Java / PHP
Location: Markham, ON/Remote
Duration: 6-12 Months
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining business applications using Java and PHP, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Application Developer within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java and PHP.
- Experience developing and maintaining web-based applications and backend services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development principles.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar technologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or modern web frameworks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and PHP.
- Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and application components.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
