We’re looking for a talented

• *Appian Engineer**

to join our platform development team and help build and enhance solutions that power our

• *specialty care management platform**

. Our platform supports both healthcare plan partners and the members they serve, and this role will play a key part in delivering scalable, innovative solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

• *🔹 What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and refine new business concepts and platform capabilities
• Design, implement, and configure application requirements using
• *Appian platform components
• Develop
• *robust, reusable, and scalable Appian components**

to enhance platform functionality

• Participate in
• *technical design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting sessions
• Support
• *unit testing, system testing, and release management

across the development lifecycle

• Maintain development environments and assist with configuration and release promotion
• Ensure applications comply with
• *security, access control, and enterprise standards
• Contribute to and maintain
• *Appian Center of Excellence documentation

including best practices and standards

• Work in
• *cross-functional teams**

to support product capabilities and platform integrations

• Monitor platform performance and support on-call activities when needed
• Facilitate sessions for
• requirements clarification, design discussions, and issue resolution
• 🔹 What We’re Looking For

✔

• *Bachelor’s degree**

or equivalent technical training

✔

• *5+ years of experience**

as an Appian Designer or similar role with low-code platforms or web development

✔ Strong understanding of

• *end-user application development and best practices**

✔ Experience building scalable solutions on

• *Appian or similar low-code platforms**

✔ Excellent

• *communication and collaboration skills**

✔ Ability to work effectively in

• cross-functional development environments
• ⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience as an
• *Appian Developer
• Knowledge of the
• *Healthcare industry

or healthcare technology platforms
