We're a boutique textile house serving the luxury interior design industry across North America. As Threadcount expands into the high-end commercial sector, we're looking for a dynamic Client Relations & Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
This is a pivotal hybrid role at the intersection of client service and operational excellence , ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship-building and systems thinking.
You'll play an integral part in how we serve our clients, streamline internal processes, and shape the next chapter of Threadcount's growth.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for luxury residential and commercial clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with interior design firms, architects, and procurement teams.
Coordinate client communication from initial inquiry to project delivery, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
Support sales by managing orders, tracking timelines, and maintaining Salesforce records.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational systems, bringing forward ideas that increase efficiency and elevate service quality.Partner with our marketing and systems teams to enhance CRM integrations and explore new tools that support automation and scale.
Commercial Expansion SupportAssist in the development and management of relationships within the luxury commercial and contract market — boutique hotels, corporate spaces, and hospitality design firms.
Help establish best practices for commercial quoting, sampling, and account management.
3+ years' experience in luxury B2B client service, textiles, interior design, or contract furnishings.
Experience in commercial or contract sales within the design or hospitality industries is a strong plus.
A proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Comfortable with digital tools — ideally familiar with Salesforce, Shopify, or similar CRM/order systems.
Curious, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvement and team collaboration.
