Contact Center Squad Team is seeking candidates with proven experience designing, building, and deploying Amazon Connect.

Skillset:

Amazon Connect

Serverless

Lambda

Python / Node.js

Role Description

Contact Flow Development

Design and build complex, modular Amazon Connect contact flows for voice and chat.

Implement queue routing and IVR logic.

Serverless Backend Engineering

Develop and maintain backend services using AWS Lambda in both Node.js and Python.

Handle data lookups and business logic.

Conversational AI Integration

Implement and optimize Amazon Lex (V2) chatbots for natural language interactions within the contact center.

System Integration

Build RESTful APIs and webhooks using API Gateway.

Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or internal databases.

Real-time Data Processing:

Utilize AWS services such as Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3 to manage:

Real-time streams

Call recordings

Historical metrics

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation within CI/CD pipelines.
