Must have Skills:
- Experience in developing, configuring, and architecting customer communications using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire CCM tools
- Expertise in Inspire Automation/Inspire Scaler workflow setup and Inspire Interactive
- Advanced level knowledge on Exstream Designer version 16 or higher and Quadient Inspire version 11 or higher
- Proficient with mapping data, building components, tables, flow pages, templates, etc.
- Proficient with various data formats (XML, csv, fixed-length record, delimited)
- Understanding of different output file formats, output queues and Print file formats (PDF, AFP, etc.)
- Experience with architecting pub files
- Understanding of Sorting and bundling, Dynamic data import and data aggregation
- Ability to provide accurate time, resource, and dependency estimates for Exstream and Quadient road map projects based on the business requirements.
- Knowledge of Banking document development lifecycle (data processing, pre and post composition)
- Experience in PDF User accessibility as per Canadian Standards (AODA)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Banking and Financial Domain knowledge (Statements, Canadian Taxes, Cheque Processing)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design templates in Exstream and Quadient
- Create templates and new customer correspondence on the Exstream and Quadient platform
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
- Review code changes for other Exstream and Quadient developers
- Perform unit testing of templates/documents
- Support integration testing and quality assurance
- Debug print, email, dynamic content, responsive design and other integration challenges. Demonstrate understanding of Debug and Trace features
- Mentor less experienced developers/Trainees
- Assist with creating standards and architecting new client solutions in Exstream and Quadient
Nice to Have Skills:
- FI/Banking experience
- Familiarity with Exstream and Quadient Admin functions
- Hands on experience of working with other Exstream products including Command Center/Communication builder/Workshop
- Hands on experience of working with other Quadient products including Quadient Cloud
- Good in deploying applications, performance tuning and automates routine procedures through scripting or any other programming tools
- Exposure to other Document composition tools would be an advantage"
Base Salary Range: 100K CAD – 130K CAD.
