Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Construction Project Coordinator based in Saint John, NB. The individual in this position will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensure project milestones meet deadlines, and manage communication between teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include assisting with budget preparation and tracking, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and supporting construction managers in daily operations. The role also involves regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Coordination and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee operational workflows.
• Familiarity with Budgeting practices and tools in the context of construction projects.
• Solid background in Project Management methodologies relevant to the construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with teams, clients, and contractors.
• Relevant industry certifications or education in Construction Management or Project Management considered an asset.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
