• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and precise payment distribution.

• Prepare detailed financial reports, utilizing tools to present data effectively.

• Monitor and manage budget processes, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of accounting software systems.

• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate financial records and support client relationship management.

• Lead financial reporting efforts, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Implement and oversee accounting software systems to optimize financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across all departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems

• Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis.

• Solid understanding of payroll processes and budget management, operations.

  Experience in manufacturing and distribution

• Experience with CRM tools for financial data management.

• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial analyses and reporting.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Adept at collaborating across teams and managing financial systems effectively
