This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves when needed, and is comfortable overseeing outsourced functions while maintaining strong internal controls.As the Controller, you will oversee all core financial operations, including FP& A, treasury, cash flow management, month-end close, and financial reporting. You will partner closely with the GM and collaborate with a cross-functional local team spanning marketing, sales, operations, and IT.WKey Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee the FP& A function, providing insights, analysis, and financial support to leadership for decision-making.
- Manage treasury activities including liquidity planning, cash management, and banking relationships.
- Provide oversight and final approval for outsourced functions, including: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Tax filings and compliance, Payroll processing
- Act as the primary point of contact with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes to support operational efficiency and audit readiness.
- Collaborate closely with the GM and local functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, IT) to support business performance and financial transparency.
- Dive into details when necessary - resolving issues, validating data, and ensuring quality across all financial activities.
- Support strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and special projects as the business continues to scale globally.
- CPA designation preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally within global or multi-entity environments.
- Strong understanding of FP& A, treasury, cash flow, and core accounting operations.
- Comfortable in a hands-on role where you may need to dig into details while managing higher-level responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
