Job Title: Data Governance Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)

Role Summary

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Data Governance Analyst / Project Manager to support the Rates Trading COO team in delivering regulatory commitments under the Data Consent Order program. This is a hybrid PM and Data/Business Analyst support role focused on data governance, regulatory remediation, and project tracking across Rates Trading applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Data Consent Order remediation and regulatory deliverables.
• Track project progress, remediation activities, and regulatory commitments.
• Manage meeting coordination, minutes, trackers, and status reporting.
• Assist with data governance initiatives including data quality, lineage, and controls.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and internal tools.
• Prepare project decks, governance materials, and management updates.
• Coordinate with trading desks, technology, operations, risk, and data teams.
• Identify risks/issues and support timely resolution and escalation.
• Support both strategic and ad-hoc initiatives across Rates Trading applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Rates products, trading workflows, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in Rates Markets, Middle Office, Trade Risk, or Data Governance preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL (Python is a plus).
• Experience preparing trackers, reports, decks, and meeting documentation.
