Data Analyst – Starbucks | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and generate actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide ongoing analytical support.
• Present insights and findings to management in a clear and concise manner to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
