Job Description
We are seeking a Developer – Client Analytics for a contract opportunity in Halifax. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and analytics teams to develop, maintain, and optimize client analytics solutions and reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics applications and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting processes.
- Integrate data from multiple systems to support client analytics initiatives.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar development languages.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Banking or financial services domain experience.
Work Authorization
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
