Microchip's fast-growing Microcontroller & Analog business is looking for a Reliability Engineer to bring new products to the market. Based in our Chandler, Arizona Corporate Headquarters, you would be part of the Reliability Engineering team tasked with supporting the development of new Microcontroller & Analog products. In addition, you will participate in shaping and influencing our overall Reliability strategies and techniques.
This position is an individual contributor role working alongside a team of experienced engineering staff.
Responsibilities include working with New Product Development teams to create Qualification plans and meet scheduled release dates.

Benefits of working at Microchip The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000-$114,000.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
