Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced UX/Product Designer to join a Design Systems team. You’ll help build and evolve a scalable design system, including Figma components, patterns, and supporting assets, while partnering closely with product managers, designers, and front-end engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain components, patterns, and foundations within a Design System
• Build and evolve Figma component libraries
• Partner with engineers to align design and coded components
• Translate user research and requirements into design improvements
• Support product teams with Design System adoption
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with Design Systems and complex product ecosystems
• Strong UX/Product Design background, ideally within B2B or enterprise software
• Advanced Figma skills
• Strong interaction and visual design capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D/CAD or infrastructure-related products
• Degree in HCI, Computer Science, UX, or a related field
