Full Stack AI Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop intuitive and performant web applications.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into customer-facing workflows and internal systems.
• Own production deployments, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance best practices across the platform.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills with experience building production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
• Ability to independently own projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and startup mindset.

Preferred

• Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with Spring Boot and/or FastAPI.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or AI-powered products.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, security, risk, or regulated industries.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
