Full Stack C#/JavaScript Developer

What We Need

Do you consider yourself an all-star developer with web technologies?

Do you have style and can express it on commercial grade web developments? Have you worked in a fast-paced environment?

Can you test code or develop automation tests? If so, our client is looking for you to join them for a contract to hire opportunity in their Burnaby office. Our client is a strong brand working on developing business solutions for their large client base.

Here is what our client is looking for:

Things you need to have:

5+ years of developing web applications and solutions in an enterprise environment

Strong C#, SQL Server and ASP.NET MVC development experience

Strong experience working with JavaScript including jQuery, Angular and other frameworks

Experience developing on the MS Azure platform including service bus, messages, table storage,

microservices, azure functions, etc

Experience with continuous integration, REST, SOAP, or other application integration technologies

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

It would be nice if you have:

Experience developing on ecommerce platforms

What you will be doing:

Working with a large development team on .NET web projects

Design, develop and maintain existing web applications and related software systems

Responsible for all stages of development, application/database design, documentation,

releasing and configuring systems

Work collaboratively in a Scrum team to plan sprints, expand stories into tasks,

and work on removing impediments

Perform code reviews and mentor other developers in best practices

Lead on level 3 escalations and problem resolution
