Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate is a seasoned full-stack developer who thrives at the intersection of clean architecture and real-world impact. You'll own meaningful problems end-to-end — from database schema to polished UI — and help set the technical bar for the team around you.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using

(front-end) and

• *C#/.NET**

(back-end)

• Architect and optimize
• *Microsoft SQL Server**

databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and operational requirements into robust technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor intermediate developers
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• *What you bring
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in
• *React

and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems

• Solid experience with
• *C# and the .NET framework**

(Core or Framework)

• Advanced knowledge of
• *Microsoft SQL Server**

, including query optimization and data modeling

• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end features in a production environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
