Role Description

As ProcessLMS continues to evolve, we’re looking to add technical capacity on a fractional / contract basis.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to help support and improve a live SaaS platform. This role may include application development, platform enhancements, integrations, hosting/infrastructure oversight, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support.

This is a flexible remote contract role with preference for candidates in Western Canada or those able to work with strong overlap to Alberta business hours.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React / Next.js preferred)
• Experience with back-end development, APIs, and database systems (Node.js and MongoDB preferred)
• Knowledge of system integration and API development (REST and related services)
• Experience with debugging, testing, and version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted environments such as AWS (or similar platforms)
• Comfortable maintaining and improving an existing production codebase
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work remotely with strong overlap to Alberta business hours
• SaaS, LMS, workforce training, or compliance platform experience is an asset
• Formal education or comparable practical experience welcomed.
