Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based microservices, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native development, with hands-on experience in CI/CD and containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications, building and enhancing frontend (Angular) and backend (Java / Node.js) components
- Design, develop, and implement robust RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend systems
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions, delivering scalable and reusable solutions
- Collaborate effectively within Agile teams, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or OpenShift using Docker and Kubernetes
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated build, testing, and deployment
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and support production systems, leveraging monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve productivity and coding efficiency
- Continuously improve development processes, tools, and engineering best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
- Experience with Angular and/or Node.js
- Solid understanding of REST API design and development
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
