Full Stack Developer - Java & DevOps

Elevate your career as a Full Stack Developer specializing in Java at Canada's leading IT services firm. This position operates in a hybrid model, working at least three days per week in downtown Toronto or Scarborough.

As a Full Stack Java Developer, you'll actively engage in all phases of development, focusing on both agile and waterfall methodologies. Your role includes creating development packages, conducting code reviews, and offering technical support during testing phases. Additionally, you'll mentor offshore teams and provide regular updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Participate actively in the Requirement Phase of projects • Adhere to coding standards with thorough code reviews • Troubleshoot issues during QA and support production • Guide and coach offshore teams as necessary • Deliver timely status reports to client teams

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java development experience • Proficient in DevOps tools like Ansible and Azure • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with onsite-offshore models • A degree in Information Technology or equivalent
