• *Job Overview**

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic Agile environments, with a strong sense of ownership and technical excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications.
• Build and optimize front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Develop secure and efficient back-end services and APIs (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
• Integrate applications with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability standards are met.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• *Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (3+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid experience with back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.
• Experience in testing frameworks and automated testing is a plus.
