Intermediate Data Analyst

Join our Training team, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern training and crew solutions for maritime and naval projects. Fleetway is driving the integration of combat and platform systems to support the sailors who will join the River Class Destroyer fleet. Our approach to learning and crew design focuses on practical, data driven solutions that are efficient, accessible, and grounded in proven practices.

Our work supports evidence-based decision making and helps ensure training outcomes meet both operational and individual learning needs.

The Intermediate Data Analyst works within a collaborative team environment and plays an important role in the design, architecture, and delivery of data driven solutions that support crew, mission, and task analyses for the Royal Canadian Navy. This position is primarily focused on database design, data architecture, and user-friendly frontend interfaces that enable reliable, reusable, and transparent analytical products.
