Client Location: Toronto (Onsite/Hybrid: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an Intermediate Program Manager to support large-scale, complex, and high-profile Public Service I&IT initiatives. The consultant will provide full-cycle project management, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements on time, on scope, and on budget while ensuring alignment with Public Service methodologies, structures.
The role requires strong experience in project planning, resource management, risk/issue management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting.ScopeProvide program and project management for large, complex Public Service I&IT initiatives.Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, integrated plans, and scope documentation.Support steering committee meetings, senior-level forums, and stakeholder groups.Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, integrated plans, and scope documentation.Assignment DeliverablesDetailed project schedules, workplans, and integrated project plansFinancial forecasts, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation updatesRisk, issue, and dependency logs and mitigation strategiesExecutive-level project status reporting (program/portfolio reporting).Expertise RequiredMust Have:Minimum 5 Years' ExperienceDeveloping/managing project schedules, deliverables, scope, and integrated plansManaging complex multi stream project environmentsResolving resource conflicts, negotiating staffing, and coordinating multi-disciplinary project membersEnsuring effective knowledge sharing, team alignment, and compliance with Public Sector methodologiesMonitoring and forecasting project costs, budgets, and financial performance.Nice to Have:Understanding of AODA standards and compliance requirementsExperience with project monitoring tools and issue troubleshooting.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
