Job Title: AWS Node.js Java Developer
Toronto, ON onsite (Full time)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AWS Node.js Java Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, hands-on expertise with AWS services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services using Node.js and Java
- Build and deploy applications on AWS cloud platforms
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Integrate third-party services and manage cloud-based solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product)
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Node.js and Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS)
- Experience in building REST APIs and microservices
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of serverless architecture
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
