About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems that operate at significant scale across multiple business domains.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire engineering lifecycle, from translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs to deploying cloud-native services and supporting them throughout their operational lifespan. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects, utilizing modern Java and JavaScript frameworks to deliver high-quality, secure, and high-performance applications. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and fellow developers within an Agile environment, emphasizing continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of five years of professional experience in building enterprise applications is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design principles, and end-to-end application development. Advanced knowledge of Java (versions 11 and 17) and the Spring Boot framework is required, along with hands-on experience designing and operating microservices architectures. Familiarity with front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable.

Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, are also necessary. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and refining scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring each service is independently deployable and observable. Developing secure, well-tested production code that adheres to internal standards and security best practices is a key responsibility.

You will create responsive, component-based front-end applications using React or similar frameworks, with a focus on user experience and performance across devices. Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations to connect distributed backend systems will be part of your daily tasks. You will actively participate in architecture discussions, providing insights on scalability, resiliency, and maintainability, and contribute to the team’s technical decision-making process.

Performance profiling and optimization of applications, databases, and JVM parameters will be ongoing responsibilities. You will also develop and maintain automated test suites, contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation, and identify system bottlenecks or technical debt for continuous improvement. Collaboration within Agile teams, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, and supporting deployment and operational activities are integral aspects of this role.
